GRATITUDE AND KINDNESS
Why do we do what we do and how can we smile all day? Here we can give back to the local and wider community and the science shows it is not only good for us but makes us healthy.
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” What have you done today, right now that could be considered kind? The best way to get benefit from kindness (even more than being a recipient) is to write down what you have done and the last time you gave of yourself. Being grateful is more than lip service. “It is not happy people that are thankful. But thankful people who are happy.” Like kindness, research shows -saying thank you out loud every day for something however small alters brain function to become more receptive and have less pain. We support charity with a small percent of every chronic pain program going to our anti slave charity. Please help make the world a better place, and then let us know on our kindness page. Every pound helps.
