Clare Gold
Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage

Clare starts at The Osteopathic House fresh for 2010. She trained with the Middlesex School Of Complementary Medicine and holds an ITEC diploma in Therapeutic Massage as well as Anatomy & Physiology and Indian Head Massage. Clare is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA). She works at The Osteopathic House on a Friday afternoon and is often willing to see clients outside these times.

Clare GoldAlways keen to continue her professional development, Clare is soon to take a course in Neuromuscular Techniques & Trigger Point Therapy – particularly useful for those suffering from headaches, neck stiffness, carpal tunnel type symptoms, tennis elbow, bursitis, frozen shoulder, back pain, low back stiffness, sciatica and shin splints.

Clare has been working as a mobile massage therapist for 3 years and offers a range of Holistic Massage treatments from 30-90 minutes in duration. Each massage is tailored to suit the client's personal preference, whether that's a relaxing lighter touch or a more invigorating deep-tissue treatment tackling problem areas.  She now plans to bring her clients to her and concentrate in Rickmansworth.

In her spare time, Clare sings and plays the flute in a local Latin jazz band, can occasionally be seen treading the boards with an amateur dramatics society and is also devoted Mum to  her young son. We welcome her to the Osteopathic house and hope she makes her home here.
