Our Philosophy
We are solution driven, focused on nurturing and will support you to better health. Rejuvenate the person you can be and a lifestyle you want.
Our Goal
Our goal is to leave every encounter in a better place than the way we found it. Let’s start with the belief that you are amazing and find out how to keep you that way . From our Change Now program to acute sports injuries, we are here for you.
Our Principles
Create a professional environment where practitioners who care about health can practice their art unhindered by the London rat race.

Our Place
We have two clinics, one nestled in within a Grade II listed building in Rickmansworth and one in Pinner, tucked away and offering a small sanctuary of peace to the outside world.
Our Promise
All therapists are registered and insured with their appropriate professional body. We strive to deliver the top practitioners because we believe in offering the best.
Our Offer
The House boasts a large variety of treatments and practitioners. Both clinics are staffed by professionals dedicated to your health

Gratitude and Kindness

Why do we do what we do and how can we smile all day?

Here we can give back to the local and wider community and the science shows it is not only good for us but makes us healthy.

Kindness

“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”

Service

“Being grateful is more than lip service. “It is not happy people that are thankful”

Gratitude

We support charity with a small percent of every chronic pain program going to our anti-slave charity.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

For the first time in twenty years, the day to day back pain I have suffered is all but vanished. Further I would like to add the day to day stretches I was forced to do, I no longer need to bother with.

Craig ScottFrog Financial Management

“Liz as a back sufferer extreme, since seeing you my back has felt better than it has in a long time. Sensible pricing and a good block of time for treatment. Thank you.”

Steve Hatchett NationalSales Manager, Stationary Company

“Phil’s skills in straightening me out after injury (squash, running & tennis) have been superb. His methods have proved far more effective than any sports physiotherapists, masseurs and other medical practitioners that I have tried over the years.”

Graham NyeCEO, Chiltern IT

“Each time I have seen him he has assessed my problem in a professional manner, told me how many sessions he thinks I will need to resolve the problem and enabled me to leave his surgery a happier and pain-free man. I would highly recommend Philip’s services to my friends, family & colleagues.”
